A REVIEW from our WW2 Worshop at Wigginton Primary School

"Thank you so much for the wonderful World War Two dance workshop! The children absolutely loved it. They are still singing the songs and 'Doin' the Lambeth Walk'! Your team was very patient and friendy with the children. It was great value for money and we will definitely be contacting you when we study WWII again.

From our Jitterbug/Swing Workshop at Huntington Club

"The YVDG team are so welcoming and are great dance teaches. They were very attentive to our lack of dance skills. It was our second class tonight and came away beaming both times as we'd successfully learnt all the dances that were being taught. The beginners workshops are brilliant too. Having been so many 40s and 50s events over the years and never danced properly it's great to think I'll now be able to get involved"

DANCER'S REVIEW  - 1940's Dance at Huntington WM Club, York

"Fantastic group, the dance night 11th November was great, everyone had a lovely time. There was a broad range of ability’s when it came to dancing but everyone got up and joined in. Can’t wait till the next one. Well done to all you wonderful organisers."

Beginner's Dance Class Review - The Milton Rooms, Malton

Well my first dance class over with and I absolutely loved it. I learnt nearly 5 dances. Didn't go with a partner but that was no problem as I teamed up with another when required. There were about 20 of us beginners and then half an hour later another 20 or so of the more "experienced" dancers turned up who were more then happy to help us novices. Well worth the money. I felt very welcomed And a nice little touch of a small bar where a bottle of ice cold water went down a treat! Can't wait till 21st Feb!
